About This Plan

This traditional house plan is a two story, main level master suite home design complete with a spacious floor plan and a bold exterior. There are exposed rafters, board and batten, a double window dormer and a front covered porch which comprise the striking exterior façade. The floor plan is equally stunning and includes three bedrooms, two plus baths, a bonus room and basement foundation option which increases the home’s value and versatility. The open concept design is ideal for entertaining large groups of family and friends and features an enormous family room with beautiful coffered ceilings, a handsome fireplace and a wall of windows view. The casual breakfast room anchors the family room and kitchen and provides access to the rear deck. The gourmet kitchen is a “work of art” with its large center cook top island, separate walk-in pantry, double ovens and abundance of additional counter and cabinet space. The formal dining room sits directly across from the kitchen and is highlighted by a trey ceiling. The main floor master retreat features a large bedroom with trey ceiling and great window views while the vaulted master bath includes dual vanities, a separate shower, garden tub with a view and a compartmentalized toilet. The oversized master walk-in closet sits at the rear of the bath for privacy and convenience. A large laundry room with sink area, powder room and two car garage complete the first level of the home. On the second floor of the home, you have open railing and a balcony overlook into the two story foyer along with two additional bedrooms, a bath and optional bonus room. The two bedrooms are spacious and each features a walk-in closet. A shared hall bath with double vanities and hall linen closet are close by. The 392 square foot bonus room features a walk-in closet and private bath; this space would be ideal as a fourth bedroom, playroom for the children or a multi-purpose family room. This floor plan is designed with expansion in mind and the home offers an aesthetically pleasing exterior façade.
